Approximately 20 kilometres south of Hirtshals you'll find L\u00f8nstrup, a small, idyllic town on the west coast, where peace and quiet reigns supreme. Close to L\u00f8nstrup is Rubjerg Knude, where you can see the over 100-year-old lighthouse, which was moved 70 metres in 2019.<\/p>

In L\u00f8nstrup, nature is magical. Not only is there Rubjerg Knude, which is stunningly beautiful and tells an exciting story, there is also L\u00f8nstrup Klint. L\u00f8nstrup Klint shows the harsh side of the west coast. Every year, the west coast eats about 2 metres of Vendsyssel and L\u00f8nstrup.\u00a0<\/p>

Inside L\u00f8nstrup town you will find L\u00f8nstrup Caf\u00e9 Bio, a cosy place where you can watch both new and old films. One of L\u00f8nstrup Caf\u00e9 Bio's missions is to promote culture in the town. In the town you'll also find many artisans making ceramics, jewellery, art and other creative things.<\/p>

L\u00f8nstrup is a great destination if you love the nature of the west coast and local craftsmen. Just outside L\u00f8nstrup you'll find Skallerup Seaside Resort, which is a large holiday centre with activities for all ages. There are more than 100 exciting outdoor and indoor activities. For the little ones there is a large play and water park, while the older ones can take a trip in Romulus, a spa and wellness centre or a trip to the 400 square metre fitness centre.<\/p>

The whole family can dine at one of the family-friendly restaurants and go bowling afterwards. If you're travelling without children, you can dine at Galleriet and enjoy a culinary experience.
