At Jensen Strawberries, just outside Sæby, you can experience true summer vibes amidst long rows of sun-ripened, red berries. The Jensen family has cultivated the land for generations with a passion for quality and taste – and today, the farm is known for its juicy strawberries, which you can pick straight from the plant.
Pick-your-own is a lovely experience for the whole family, where you can smell the scent of summer, taste freshly picked berries, and take home a basket full of sunshine and sweetness. The farm also offers a small stall where you can buy freshly picked strawberries, freshly made juice, and local specialities. This is all about presence, nature, and the delicious taste of North Jutland.
Fresh vegetables and local produce
Besides the popular strawberries, Jensen Jordbær cultivates a wide variety of fresh vegetables that follow the rhythm of the seasons. The fields are bursting with crisp lettuces, green beans, new potatoes, peas, carrots, and other summer favourites. Everything is grown with consideration for the environment and without unnecessary use of chemicals, allowing the flavour to take centre stage.
In our farm shop, you can follow the seasons and fill your basket with fresh, local produce harvested the same day. Here you'll find everything that belongs to summer – from new onions and courgettes to herbs and honey from our own beehives.
