As an American in Denmark, the owner Erik Hauch quickly found out that something significant was missing in Frederikshavn, from his home country - a restaurant with an American touch. In 1993, the restaurant Jerry´s opened, which became popular right from the start.

Jerry's is what in America is called Bar & Grill. A family restaurant during the day and a bar for the 'adults' in the evening. Erik's bid is that in Danish it is something in between a café and a restaurant.
