The historic Hotel Plesner is within walking distance of the museums, the harbour and the beach and it is just a few steps to the city center. The hotel has a relaxed and informal atmosphere, where every guest is pampered, and there is room for both bathroom slippers and formal suits.
The hotel was founded in 1906, and it was originally built as a private residence by the Skagen architect Ulrik Plesner. If the walls could speak, they would tell many a good story from the life of the building.
Today, all of the hotel's rooms are decorated in an inviting, light and Scandinavian style. No two rooms are alike - neither in size nor decor, however, all have a nice comfortable Hästens bed, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.
The hotel also has its own private patio, located as a green oasis, where you can relax on sun loungers and soak up the sun. The courtyard is screened and partly reserved for hotel guests.
The delicious breakfast buffet offers freshly baked bread, homemade specialties and not least a delicious rosehip compote. After breakfast, you are completely ready for everything Skagen has to offer.
