Frederikshavn Svømmehal was inaugurated in 1989. The swimmingpool has approx. 135,000 visitors and has been continuously modernized with children's pool, baby corner, gym, wellness facilities etc.
All guests, regardless of age, will experience a swimmingpool where safety and hygiene are top notch. The staff will all strive to provide a personal and professional service. They hope to help you make the most of all their exciting facilities.
You can borrow mittens and belts for the little ones, as well as offering handicap-friendly surroundings with e.g., handicap room and lift which gives access to the pools.
You can also choose to participate in baby swimming and water aerobics or relax for a cozy sauna therapy ‘saunagus’. It is also possible to buy food outside in the swimmingpool where ‘Cafe Hyggestunden’ serves a varied selection of different lunch dishes.

Also try the large wilderness sauna, take an ice-cold dip in the beautiful cold-water tub, or the volcanic steam bath, which have a hot stone, two wellness showers, a nice drinking fountain a large semi-circular steam bath. The space is inspired by the raw Icelandic nature.
At Frederikshavn Svømmehal, there is no time limit on the stay. You can stay as long as you like.
