Lovely beaches for the whole family
Strandby has a beach on each side of Strandby Harbor. The beach on the north side of the harbor has a blue flag and is extremely child-friendly.
You will find access to the beach either via the harbor or at Nørrevej, where parking is also possible. At Nørrevej you will also find toilets and a wooden ramp, so you can easily drive down to the beach with a pram or wheelchair.
The beach on the south side is protected. Before the water gets deep, you have to go 50 meters into the water, which makes it child-friendly. The bird life is also rich on the beach and special bird species are regularly seen. Behind the dunes is a path where you can go beautiful walks.
Both beaches are beautiful with high dunes and you can see the archipelago Hirsholmene from the beach.
